2010 Highlights: Br. David Delahanty Award winner, given to Lewis student-athletes, for academic excellence...earned All-America honors for second-straight season, finishing in 28th place (22:02.6) at the 6K NCAA Championships (Dec. 4)...named GLVC Cross Country Runner of the Year and All-Midwest Region...won three races, and finished in the top-ten in five races...victorious in the 5K National Catholic Invitational (18:24), 5K Illini Open (17:36) and the 6K GLVC Championships (21:29)...had a pair of 9th place finishes at the 4K Badger Classic (14:54) and the 6K NCAA Regional (21:44.28).

2007 Highlights: Named to the Academic All-GLVC team...claimed Lewis’ third-fastest time at the Bradley Cross Country Open (Sept. 7) with a mark of 20:40...was the top performer for Lewis at the Illinois Intercollegiate Cross Country Meet (Sept. 14) with a mark of 20:16.96...led all Lewis runners at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 29) with a time of 25:03...was the second-fastest Flyer at the Border War Invitational (Oct. 6) with a time of 19:56.86...finished 17th overall at the GLVC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 20) with a time of 23:34...finished second among Lewis runners at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 3) with a time of 23:30.87.
Prep/Personal: Three-year cross country letterwinner and two-year track and field letterwinner for Mt.
