2011 Highlights: Set personal records in the 55-meter hurdles (9.07), 60-meter hurdles (9.97), indoor shot put (26’1”), 100-meter hurdles (15.84), outdoor 200-meter dash (27.47), outdoor high jump (4’11 3/4”), outdoor long jump (16’8”), outdoor triple jump (33’7 1/2”), javelin (88’5”) and heptathlon (3,884).
2010 Highlights: Named to the All-GLVC Outdoor Second Team after finishing third in the heptathlon (3,551) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 8).
2009 Highlights: Placed second in the high jump (4’7 1/2”) at the Dick Pond Invitational (Feb. 21).
Prep/Personal: Four-time letterwinner in track and field and two-time letterwinner in cross country at Downers Grove South...served as track and field captain as a senior...was a West Suburban Conference indoor champion in the 50-meter hurdles, 4x400 relay and Distance Medley Relay as a senior...ran a leg of the school-record setting DMR team...named DGS ‘Most Improved Sprinter’ as a junior...qualified for the state championships in the 300-meter hurdles...was a WSC Indoor All-Conference selection in the high jump, 50-meter hurdles, 4x400 relay and DMR as a junior...picked up outdoor all-conference honors in the 300-meter hurdles, high jump and 4x400 relay the same season...as a sophomore, set both the 600-meter and 4x400 relay school records...helped Downers Grove to a pair of conference triple crown championships as a freshman and sophomore, winning cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field...three-time selection to the honor roll...daughter of Patrick and Darlene Sielisch...majoring in secondary education/English.
