2015 Highlights: Earned All-American status with a sixth-place showing in the 4x400 relay (3:43.65) at the NCAA Outdoor National Championships (May 23)… dubbed to both the USTFCCCA Indoor and Outdoor All-Midwest Region Teams…nabbed a NCAA Provisional and season-best time of 1:01.65 in the 400-meter hurdles at the GVSU Last Chance Meet (May 9)… won a gold medal at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 2) in the 4x400 relay (3:48.32)…set a new school-record in the 4x400 relay with a NCAA Provisional time of 3:43.47 at the Hillsdale Track and Field Classic (May 7)… ran a leg of the second-place 4x400 relay at the GLVC Indoor Championships (March 1) with a time of 3:58.1… helped the distance medley relay to a school-record time of 11:38.62 at the Cardinal Classic (Feb. 20)...named to Academic All-GLVC Team.

2014 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team...selected as a member of the USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region Team for the outdoor season…broke the school record and set a NCAA Provisional mark in the 400 hurdles (1:01.63) at the Mt. Sac Relays (Apr. 18)…set a NCAA Provisional mark in the distance medley relay (12:00.47) at the UIndy Relay Open (Feb. 7)…won the 400 meter (58.48) at the Hillsdale Tune-Up (Feb. 22)…captured a NCAA Provisional time and a school record in the 4x400 relay (3:44.86) at the Hillsdale Classic (May 8).

2013 Highlights: Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region Team for the outdoor season…victorious in the 600 meter (1:44.16) at the Lewis Invitational (Jan. 18)…finished second in the 400 meter hurdles (1:03.11) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 4).

2012 Highlights: Ran a leg of the first-place 4x400 relay (4:11.83) at the Dick Pond Open (Jan. 13)...finished second in the 400-meter dash (1:00.01) and 4x400 relay (4:01.01) at the Cardinal Classic (Feb. 17)...ran a leg of the runner-up distance medley relay (12:28.47) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)...was a member of the first-place 4x400 relay (3:57.13) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)...set a team-season best time of 1:06.55 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Wash U Invite (March 31)...ran a leg of the second-place 4x400 relay (4:14.91) at the Big Blue Invite (Apr. 21).

Prep/Personal: Three-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Lake Zurich...two-time state qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles and as a member of the 4x200 relay team...set the school-record in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior (44.94)...placed eighth in state in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior...helped Lake Zurich to a pair of county championships and a conference title in 2011...daughter of Barry and Linda Polhemus...Psychology major.
