2016 Highlights: Named GLVC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Dec. 9)…captured lead in conference standings after running a NCAA Provisional time of 47.60 in the 400-meter dash at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships (March 11)…set career best in the 400-meter dash with a first place time of 46.91 at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 6)…won the 100-meter dash title after setting career high 10.98 at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships (April 9)… ran a leg in the victorious 4x400 relay team at the GVSU Holiday Open (3:16.79; Dec. 4), NCC Cardinal Classic (3:17.65; Feb. 19),  GLVC Indoor Championships (3:15.70; Feb. 28), GLVC Outdoor Championships (NCAA Provisional 3:13.01; May 5) and NCC Dr. Keeler Meet (3:13.07; May 12).

2015 Highlights: Dubbed an All-American at the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 14) in the 400-meter dash with an eighth-place time of 48.29…claimed the 400-meter dash title at the GLVC Indoor Championships (March 1) with a time of 49.14...earned a NCAA Automatic bid with a first-place showing in the 400-meter dash (47.67) at the GVSU Early Bird (Dec. 5)…named GLVC Track Athlete of the Week for the period ending December 7^th. 

2014 Highlights: Specialized in the 400 for both indoor and outdoor seasons...qualified in the 400 at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28-Mar. 1) with a time of :51.01…set a personal best in the 400 for the outdoor season with a second place time of :49.40 at the Cougar Invitational (Apr. 17).
