2017 Highlights: Named to Academic All-GLVC Team... finished first in the distance medley relay (10:02.47) at the Wide Track Classic (Feb. 3-4)... recorded a personal-best in the 1500 meter run with a time of 3:49.17... recorded a personal-best in the 5000 meter run with 14:47.22...recipient of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award.

2016 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...topped the competition after finishing the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:35.52 at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 12)…qualified a NCAA Provisional time of 3:51.19 at the Hillsdale College GINA Relays (April 28)…placed second in the mile run (4:17.94) at the NCC Cardinal Classic (Feb. 19).

2015 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...broke a 20-year old school record in the 4x1,600 relay with a time of 17:22.01 at the Drake Relays (Apr. 23)…nabbed a NCAA Provisional mark with an eight-place finish (3:49.40) in the 1,500-meter run at the Alabama Relays (March 20)… earned the 800-meter run title at the GLVC Indoor Championships (March 1) with a time of 1:56.17…claimed silver in the distance medley relay (10:27.67) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28)…named GLVC Track Athlete of the Week for the periods ending February 8^th and 22^nd.

2014 Highlights: Recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...finished first in the 1000 meter run (2:34.88) at the Lewis Open (Jan. 10)…set a NCAA Provisional mark in the 800 meter run (1:52.89) at the GVSU 5-Way (Feb. 1)…earned a NCAA Provisional mark in the distance medley relay (10:07.65) at the UIndy Relay Open (Feb. 7)…secured a first place finish in the 800 meter run (2:01.80) at the Lewis Invitational (Jan. 17)…victorious in the 4x400 relay (3:23.72) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1).
