2016-17 Highlights: Recorded a personal-best in the 3000 meter steeplechase with 9:50.74 at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 4-6).

2015-16 Highlights: Ran a leg in the victorious 4x400 relay team with a time of 3:23.61 at the NAIA vs. NCAA Challenge (Jan. 22)…runner up in the 400-meter dash (53.45) at the Illiana Invite (Jan. 15).

2014-15 Highlights: Took home the title in the mile (4:31.16) at the Hillsdale Wide-Track Classic (Feb. 7)…was runner-up in the 5,000-meter run (15:57.37) at the Greenville Select Meet (Apr. 4).
