2016 Highlights: Appeared in 42 games, including 38 starts...went 3-for-3 and scored two runs in the 6-5 win over Rockhurst (April 16)...rapped two hits in a 7-2 loss to McKendree (April 3)...collected two hits and scored two runs in the 10-2 (6 inn.) win over Saint Joseph's (March 26)...was 2-for-4 with two RBI and scored a run in the 9-1 (6 inn.) win over Cedarville (March 5)...batted a perfect 4-for-4 with a RBI and a run scored in the 13-5 (6 inn.) win over Lake Erie (March 4)...notched three RBI in the 9-1 (5 inn.) win over Gannon (March 1)...drove in the game-winning run in the 8-7 win over Lindenwood (Feb. 28)...recipient of the Br. David Delahanty Award - given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence - and named to Academic All-GLVC Team...appeared in 40 games with 39 starts for the Flyers…averaged .288 with 32 hits and 14 RBI…led the team in triples (3) and was second in doubles (6)…knocked in a run with a triple to advance the lead in a victory over Maryville (March 21)…closed the cap on a Lewis win with a RBI single to left field against UW-Parkside (March 31)...had seven games producing multiple hits.
2014 Highlights: Named to NFCA All-Midwest Region Second Team after leading team in hits (42) and triples (3) and was second on the squad in batting average (.362), slugging percentage (.431) and on-base percentage (.408)...topped team with 12 multiple-hit games, including four games with three base hits and was tied for second on the squad with four multiple RBI games...went 3-for-3 with a two-run triple and scored a run against Georgian Court (March 2)...posted three hits, scored two runs and drove in one run in a 6-5 win over Dominican (March 3)...was 2-for-4 with two runs scored in a 10-6 victory over Rockhurst (Apr. 12)...went 3-for-5 with three RBI and scored two runs in a 7-3 win over UW-Parkside (Apr. 16)...batted 5-for-7 with four RBI and scored three runs in a doubleheader sweep over UW-Parkside (Apr. 22)...collected at least two hits in each of the last five games she played...recipient of the Br. Prep/Personal: Three year varsity letterwinner for Oswego East...did not compete during senior campaign due to injury...batted .405 as a junior with a school-record 37 singles and 21 stolen bases...started as a sophomore and finished season with a .357 batting average...competed for the Wasco Diamonds (2012), Illinois Fuzion (2011) and Oswego Wolves (2010) during the summer...four year member of the Honor Roll…daughter of Jeff and Sheila Russell…major is history.
