INDIANAPOLIS – Lewis' men's track and field team recorded 16 scoring performances on Sunday to allow the Flyers to finish in fourth place overall at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships at the University of Indianapolis.
The Flyers finished with 76.5 points in the meet – just three points in back of Indianapolis and a half point behind Southwest Baptist – and had 20 scoring performances over the course of the weekend.

Lewis won the GLVC's James R. Spalding Team's Sportsmanship award and
Will DeBolt (Naperville, Ill./Naperville North) was the Flyer's Spalding Sportsmanship Award individual honoree.
Lewis will find out on Wednesday how many athletes it'll be sending to the national meet on March 13th and 14th in Birmingham, Ala.
