PITTSBURGH, Penn. - The Lewis University women's bowling team had a successful weekend in Pennsylvania, placing second at the Br. Pat Lacy Memorial Saturday (Nov. 8) and winning the Unicorn Classic Sunday. Lewis entered the final baker game Sunday against Muskingum tied and a 214 propelled the Flyers to their first title of the year at Wildlife Lanes. The previous day the Flyers fell to tournament host Saint Vincent in the championship match at Lincoln Lanes, the first time Lewis has bowled on string pins.
