sNew Orleans – All-Region honorees for the 2026 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field season were announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Lewis had 13 total awards comprised of seven individuals and one relay team.

For the women, GLVC Indoor Champion Denise Hernandez (Naperville, Ill./Naperville North HS) (Long Jump/Triple Jump), Karmen Kurowicka (High Jump) and the first place finishing DMR medley of Megan Garrett (), Mary Edwards (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central), Rebecca Cravedi (Piacenza, Italy/) and Janellisa Oceguera (Joliet, Ill./Joliet West) all took home the accolade. 

On the men's side, GLVC Champions Neil Erasmus (George, South Africa/) (Heptathlon), Levi Graham (Plainfield, Ill./Minooka) (Weight Throw), Evan Horgan (Loves Park, Ill./Belvidere North) (3000/5000m), Cody Machlet (Roselle, Ill./Geneva Community HS) (Triple Jump) and third place finisher Cagini Pilgram (200m) each earned the honor. 

For the Flyers, they are back in action this week as they qualified six entries for the 2026 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships, set for March 13–14 in Virginia Beach, Va. Hernandez, Horgan, Graham, Erasmus and Abraham Christian (Huntley, Ill./Huntley HS) are all set to compete for a national title.
