Marge Posen Kielcznski earned eleven letters during a three year period from 1974-1977, while participating in basketball, tennis, track and volleyball.  Marge was the leading scorer in basketball in both the 1975 and 1976 seasons.  She was voted the Most Valuable Player in 1975, was invited to the Olympic Basketball Trials in Lawrence, Kansas and also was nominated for the Kodak All-American Team.  Her 1977 volleyball team placed 2nd in the state meet and was invited to participate in the National Tournament.  Marge holds seven school track records, was moved the Most Valuable Player in 1977 and won the state Pentathlon championship the same year.  She also qualified in the Javelin and participated in the 1977 Track and Field championships in Los Angeles, California.  Kielcznski was voted the Most Improved Tennis Player in 1977 and qualified for the state Tennis Tournament.  Marge is a police officer with the LaGrange Police Department, married and the mother of three children.
