Hall of Fame
Richard Aigner played for the Flyer basketball team from 1990-94. He served as team captain in his junior and senior seasons and started 109 of Lewis' 110 games during his career.
In 1993, Aigner was a second-team All Great Lakes Valley Conference and first-team All-District selction. In 1994, he was the GLVC's leading scorer with a 21.0 points-per-game average, and he was voted to the All-GLVC and All-District first teams. Aigner concluded his career No.2 on Lewis' career scoring list with a total of 1,830 points.
Rich has played professional basketball since his graduation from Lewis. In the 1995-96 season he played in England, where he was slected to the All-England All-Star team and voted one of the league's top 10 players. He also played for the Leuven Grizzlies in Belgium.
